This page explains what data Hylle collects when you join the waitlist, why we do so and what your rights are.
Who we are

What we store
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the type of business you choose and, if you fill them in, your name and town.
We also store which language you viewed the page in, which form you used, whether you ticked the consent box, and when you signed up or added to your details.
We don't store your IP address.
What we use it for
We only use your details to email you about Hylle and the waitlist, and to get in touch as soon as you can start. We never sell your data.
We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us at hallo@hylle.nl.
Spam protection
To stop spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It only loads once you start filling in a form. Turnstile processes technical data from your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to check that you're human. We don't store this data.
Where your data is kept
The website and the waitlist run on Cloudflare. Your sign-up is kept in a database at Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the page. [TODO: confirm the database location (EU) and the transfer mechanism for Cloudflare, Inc. (US)]

How long we keep it

Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use analytics or any tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are served from our own website, not from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us at hallo@hylle.nl and we'll sort it out.
Unhappy with how we handle your data? You can complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If we change this privacy policy, you'll see it in the date at the top of this page.
